- Might not fit on other cylinder-head (than the VW / Audi 1.8L 4cyl 20 valve it is used by the factory). We've seen wired CNP installs with it, though
- Though logic-level input (driven by logiclevel output, NOT by IGBT poweroutput), the input impedance is quite low (drive with stepper outputs).
- Since it's active (driver inside), it is NOT compatible with CDI.
Please verify pinout http://www.vems.hu/files/COILS_COPS_etc/vw_cop_06b905115e_sch.gif (pin1:+12V, pin2=pin4=GND, pin3=input) from other sources before applying.
For most installs, the bosch-motorsport wasted spark transformers are better choice.
You most likely need 4 pieces. The connector / wiring harness is separate product now .
