Personal data: provided by website users in web form such as name, telephone nr, address, email address (and comment + other data specified in the same form together with personal data).
Data is stored for 1 .. 2^99 seconds or other interval as requested (eg. deletion of account or changing related data in account profile), or other interval to comply with laws and regulations.
Purpose: to provide services (informational, and product delivery), status change notifications (eg. order status, processing status or shipping status), recommendations about possible incompatibilities or recommended items believed to be more appropriate or required also (but missing from order or perhaps chosen with unusual combination of options) or to ask questions to provide service that is believed to result in better customer satisfaction or compliance with laws and regulations, or payment related to verify transactions the Banking system (eg. Visa/Mastercard) cannot verify (despite that is the only service they provide, with the existance of chargeback they explicitely admit they cannot provide reliable verification of transactions ), or to link payment to order(s). Personal data is processed in compliance with EU laws and regulations. The data handling policy (including GDPR or privacy policy or related explanations, notes) might be updated any time, and published on this website.
We avoid using Microsoft products for processing personal data, because it is practically impossible to guarantee the security with Microsoft products in a network environment (even if a large amount of manpower is dedicated to maintenance and cleanup of the mess).
Anyone has the choice to explicitely enable cookies (an explicite expression of consent) or leave disabled (or disable) in the browser (globally or per site), or enable cookies but use "fresh" browser (with some or all cookies purged before visiting a website; since the format of cookies is standardized and machine-readable, this can be done easily, automatically, without the stupid non-machine readable site-specific popups wasting billions of manhours ). With any non-machine readable nonsense cookie-popup (in final effect countrary to the advertised spirit of the GDPR laws), website users are punished, as we all experience. Users are required to click arbitrary, typically non-machine-readable popups (possibly spending more than a minute/day, or a month of a person's life) => their time is wasted and focus diverted (human must spend their time and attention to distinguish unnecessary stupid cookie-popup from some important information). Since the GDPR laws, website users are punished even more if they want to control their cookies (if they purge cookies - eg. to protect their personal data - , they will be nudged again and again, effectively stealing their freedom of choice to purge cookies automatically).
Most businesses respected the privacy and established practices to protect personal data even without GDPR laws. Those who don't, will simply use proxy companies (which is the usual legal practice: the Corporations were invented for this, as the "Limited Liability" explicitely expresses - but other forms of Corporations are effectively similar). Since in many cases it is impossible to prove the path of data leak (eg. when a person enters his/her real personal data into multiple websites - which is the typical case obviously), GDPR laws will not provide additional protection of personal data they promise (and this was obvious for experts before GDPR came into effect).
Crypto technology is suitable to provide better solutions to protect personal data while still providing the required services. Eg. insurance... (users want insurance that they get the quantity and quality they pay for; while sellers need insurance to get payment for their services - that Visa/Mastercard cannot guarantee because of the chargeback possibility) - exchange of personal data is almost never really needed (yes, even real-world delivery can be solved similar to onion routing like Tor in TCP), frequent and unnecessary exchange of personal data is just the wrong solution to an existing problem (an old habit, a bad one).
Infrastructure + crypto currencies develop fast, and become more and more efficient every year (approaching the extremely low theoretical Joule/transaction limit).
We plan and hope to utilize crypto currencies to be able to provide valuable services in the near future without processing personal data at all, to provide safe and fast transactions as the parties like (very different from the current government and banking practices).
